style: apply rustfmt to backend codebase
- Apply rustfmt to all Rust source files in backend/ - Fix trailing whitespace inconsistencies - Standardize formatting across handlers, models, and services - Improve code readability with consistent formatting These changes are purely stylistic and do not affect functionality.
