Once you receive the ESP 360 Remote you will need to flash ESPHome on it and configure the remote commands you want to clone. Once you receive the ESP 360 Remote, if you don't have a running server of Home Assistant, you will need to follow the instructions in [INSTALL.md](INSTALL.md) to use the board as a "standalone" product.
